Please add a 2 mm bleed to each side of your artwork that needs trimming.

Please send your data in CMYK mode only. We take no responsibility for errors in printing due to RGB data.

Data check

After receiving your artwork we will check it for errors. If your artwork is perfect, printing can soon be started. If we found any errors, however, which may have a negative effect on the print result, you will have the following three options to choose from:

Re-send your corected artwork
We edit your artwork (charges applies)
Approval for printing; this means you will have your artwork printed without further editing, in this case we cannot give any guarantee for the print result.

Accepted file format

Please send your material exclusively as PDF, JPEG or TIFF files. We take no responsibility for and will not be liable for any printing errors resulting from other file formats it has to convert. Please design stapled multi-page products as single pages. In a PDF file the script has to be embedded. We will check your artwork for the following requirements:

Correspondence between your artwork and your order (format, number of pages, colour space, spot colours)
General suitability (minimum size, file type, password, damaged data, export error, objects outside the print area, RGB)
Line thickness (at least 0.25 mm)
Colour mode (CMYK, spot colours excluded)
Installation of colour channels
Imposition/arrangement of pages
Overprinted elements
(Embedded) fonts
Printable comments
Layers
file quality
Bleed (2 mm)
Assembly (single pages; magazine covers pre-assembled)
Please design stapled multi-page products as single pages.
Resolution (at least 300 dpi; for A1 and A0: 150 dpi)
